Thinking ahead, while also in the past, she comes up with a HUGE list of what life-lessons and concepts she will want to leave to them. Christina goes over how grades in school can impact your life, how to redefine emotions and how to navigate them for younger kids, and even how meaningful it is to use the phrase "I'm sorry". This is the first part to a definite multiple-part series in which Christina walks us through all sorts of skills and morals she has learned from her life so far, and/or wishes she had more of when she was being raised.

negativity is killing you

Being a young adult is all about learning from your mistakes, and of course how to navigate through life and finding where you belong. In this week's episode, Christina talks about the draining reality negativity has on people's lives. She breaks down how it plays a role in relationships, friends, mindset, and more.
