Now high pressure is building in from the north, which means our trade winds are waking back up. You'll feel them picking up speed as the day goes on. In the next 24 hours. Right now, you're stepping out into 75 degrees under overcast skies. The good news is those high clouds will slowly thin out as the afternoon wears on. Here's what your island is seeing. On Oahu, expect a mostly cloudy day with a high topping out near 81 degrees. East-northeast winds build to 5 to 12 miles an hour. Tonight, you drop back to 70 degrees under mostly cloudy skies.
