Today Laken takes us through her whirlwind of a delivery at just 28 weeks. We go on to talk about her NICU stay and how that affected her postpartum and mental health. 6 | Amelia, two births, one hospital & one accidental car birth. Doulas, epidural, and unmedicated.

In episode 6 we dive into Amelia's story of how she had two births that were completely different from each other. Her first birth goes into going overdue with waters breaking ending in a positive hospital induction. Her second birth was a planned free standing birth center birth turned into accidental car birth on the way to the center. Hi there, this is my part two to my birth story featuring my postpartum and breastfeeding journey. I should have added at the end we DID make it to one year of breastfeeding after our rough first month. I want to bring awareness to all listening so they know its normal, common, and you are not alone to feel those feelings of anxiety and depression.
