This week, we’re challenging one of the deepest lies many believers carry: that rest is weakness. In truth, rest is ministry. It is trust. It is warfare. It is declaring that God is still on the throne, even when we are still. ✨ Core Scriptures 📖 Exodus 20:9–10 — Rest is built into the rhythm of creation. 📖 Mark 6:31 — Even Jesus told His disciples to step away and recover. 📖 Hebrews 4:9–11 — There remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God. 🔥 The Myth of “Strong Enough” Burnout doesn’t always come from being weak. It comes from carrying too much for too long.
