Originally broadcast April 1, 1956, "How to Sell a Ranch" is a classic Gunsmoke old-time radio Western starring William Conrad as U.S. Marshal Matt Dillon in Dodge City. Marshal Matt Dillon intervenes when a shrewd old rancher outwits a con artist trying to swindle him out of his land and money.
