Originally broadcast September 27, 1954, "Helping Hand" is a classic Gunsmoke old-time radio Western starring William Conrad as U.S. Marshal Matt Dillon in Dodge City. Marshal Dillon attempts to reform a young man accused of cattle rustling, only to face resistance and betrayal, leading to a tragic end.
