Are you suffering and God does not seem to answer your prayers?Are you struggling with questions like "why me?", "why this?"Paul received a vision of the third heaven or paradise. And God followed that up by giving him a thorn in the flesh. Whilst it may seem strange to receive this huge blessing of the vision of heaven coupled with a debilitating pain, God's ways are higher and better than our ways. God is immunising Paul from pride.It is when we are weak (and really know we are weak), that God's power may be most manifest in us. Paul therefore rejoices in his sufferings and weakness. He trusts that God's grace is sufficient for him.
