Going to Egypt has been one of my top 3 biggest dreams since 2015. Shame is this disgusting sensation in your body that wants you to contract and hide underneath a stone and never feel it again. And it is something that has a huge impact on your life. If you feel shame around your body, you don't feel comfortable in your clothes, you can't fully relax and receive during sex, you find new ways to hide and make yourself smaller. I've felt a lot of shame for my body and sensuality for a long long time and have spent the past 5 years working intensively with Shame. Rewriting my story with it. Releasing it. Learning to accept it and actually see it as an indicator.. where I need to give myself more love in my life & body.
