It's been a while, a long while.

So much has occurred in my life over the past two years. I have spent a lot of time navigating the next stage of my life while also navigating the new roles and responsibilities that come with this new stage. Throughout the episode, I tried to highlight or pinpoint certain things that felt important to share while also trying to be mindful. I also emphasize growing pains a lot, because I am actively unlearning and re-learning new things about myself. Growing pains means facing you. Facing yourself is hard.
