Full Cup Season

Full Cup Season

by Michelle Buttafuoco
Season 3
Grace for a Full Plate
A new school year is here, my plate is full again, and I’m stepping into a season that requires both discipline and grace. Between teaching, coaching, grad school, working, training, running, and everything else I’ve been blessed to do, I’m reminding myself that I was never meant to carry it all on my own. This episode is about prioritizing my health, stewarding the body and opportunities God has given me, and learning that a full plate can still come with a full cup when God remains at the center.
Locked In & Grateful
In this episode, I’m talking about my winter arc, choosing not to drink, and learning to pursue discipline from a place of gratitude instead of punishment. I’m training, teaching, coaching, working, going to grad school and trusting God with the process.
Life is the Journey
As summer winds down and another school year begins, I’m reminding myself that a full life doesn’t have to mean rushing through it. Between teaching, coaching, grad school, training, and everything in between, this season will be busy but I don’t want to miss it while chasing the next thing. Sometimes God’s greatest reminder is simple: enjoy the journey while you’re living it.
What People Don’t See
People see the accomplishments, the workouts, the finish lines, and the smile, but they don't always see what it took to get there. The early mornings. The late nights. The heartbreak. The rebuilding. The prayers. In this episode, I’m reflecting on the unseen parts of becoming who I am today, and why I’m not just grateful for what I have, but for everything I survived to get here.
Busy & Blessed
Life lately has been full, incredibly blessed, but sometimes overwhelming. In the first episode of a new season of Full Cup Season, I’m talking about the tension between gratitude and exhaustion, making space for God when life gets busy, and remembering that a full life was never meant to be carried alone. 🤍
Season 2
Grace for the Season
In this episode, I share what life has been teaching me lately about surrender, protecting my peace, letting go of control, and giving myself permission to rest in the middle of a full and beautiful life. If you've been feeling stretched, waiting on answers, or learning how to trust God in the unknown, this conversation is for you.
Strength for the Season
People often ask me, “How do you do it all?” In this episode of Full Cup Season, I share how faith, purpose, and God's strength sustain me through teaching, coaching, graduate school, and life. A reminder that we don't have to do it all alone. Philippians 4:13
Becoming Her
As another school year comes to a close, I'm reflecting on the challenges, blessings, and growth that filled this season. A reminder that sometimes the woman you're becoming is the answer to the prayer you've been praying.
Soft Life, Strong Discipline
This week on Full Cup Season, we're redefining what it means to live a soft life. True peace isn't built by aesthetics, it's built through faith, discipline, and the daily habits that align with the life God is calling you to. Join me as we talk about becoming a woman who's both soft in spirit and strong in character.
A Truly Rich Life
In this episode of Full Cup Season, we’re redefining what it really means to live a truly rich life, one that goes beyond money and touches time, health, freedom, peace, and the relationships that make life meaningful. A grounded, honest conversation about what actually fills your cup and what it looks like to build a life that feels full, not just successful.
