Provision - Enough: Learning to trust in God's provision

What does it mean to trust God when life feels uncertain and there doesn’t seem to be enough? In this episode, Ben explores the promise of God’s provision—not simply as a guarantee that everything will be easy, but as an invitation to depend on him one day at a time. Through biblical insight and practical reflection, we consider how God meets us in seasons of need, reshapes our understanding of “enough,” and teaches us to recognise his faithfulness.

Mission - Whatever, Wherever

In our final episode in our Mission series, Tim starts in Acts 8 and shows us how the early church responded to challenges with faithfulness to God - so that in the messiness of life, the Good News about Jesus spread. He encourages us that in being faithful to God, we can win the respect of outsiders and in do so create opportunities in everyday life to share about Jesus.

Mission - Where's your Front Line?

Jason Lane, CEO of Innovista is our special guest speaker for this week's episode. Innovista equips churches and trains leaders to spread the Good News of Jesus across Eurasia. They've worked in Ukraine for over 20 years now and Jason shares stories of despite great hardships - ordinary followers of Jesus are showing up to their community, share love and compassion in simple ways; and the church is growing. We look at how Mark 1 and the message of the Kingdom of God brings hope and how we can find our own "front line" at home

Mission - Simple obedience

God has a remarkable habit of using unexpected, imperfect people. In today's episode, Ben considers how obedience, encouragement and simple invitations can transform lives far beyond what we can see, through exploring Ananias’s encounter with Saul in Acts 9, As Freedom Vineyard prepares to gather across two sites, this message challenges us not to decide someone else’s “no” for them, dismiss people because of their past, or assume we have nothing to offer. From Peter and Paul to Barnabas, Jonah and Esther, Scripture reveals that weakness does not disqualify us. Before saying no to serving, leadership or mission.

Mission - Planned & Prompted

We take a look at how the Good News of Jesus' Kingdom was spread by Paul and Barnabas during their journeys in Acts. We clearly see a mix of strategic choices that the Holy Spirit infused and worked through - and other times where God clearly spoke to them to disrupt their plans. Mission is being both intentional and interruptable - we can use good judgement to own the responsibility of sharing the Good News about Jesus; but never to the detriment of being led by God and keeping a loose grip on our plans.

In this episode, Amanda share scriptures and stories about sharing faith in really natural ways; looking at different ways of sharing faith - full of practical encouragements for sharing Jesus in every day contexts

Mission - Our marching orders

We are in a season of unusual openness to the gospel - we have a window of opportunity that as a church we want to maximise, but mobilising and equipping ordinary believers to catch hold of what God is doing and to step into God's story of what He is doing in our world. Glen kicks off our series on Mission with our marching orders - looking at understanding the Great Commission in Matthew 28 a little deeper; and how it can shift our focus as to what evangelism is.
