The Urgency of the Hour | Stay Awake | Pr Mark Daniel

This Sunday we started a new series called Stay Awake, and it was a timely and needed reminder for the season we’re living in.

This message wasn’t about fear or predictions. It was about learning how to see the world through God’s perspective instead of the world’s noise. We talked about how easy it is to become distracted, discouraged, anxious, or spiritually numb when everything around us feels chaotic and loud.

Jesus told us ahead of time that the world would shake — not to scare us, but to wake us up.

We looked at what Scripture says about the times we’re living in, why spiritual “slumber” is so common, and how God uses shaking, hardship, and even discomfort to draw our hearts back to Him. Not to condemn us — but to awaken us.

If you’ve been feeling tired, distracted, discouraged, overwhelmed, or just spiritually dull lately, this message is for you. Our prayer is that God would awaken our hearts again and remind us that He is in control, He is present, and He is faithful.
