When we want to lose weight, most of the time we really want to decrease our body fat, fit better in our clothes, & feel good about ourselves. This actually means, what we really want is to lose body fat, not necessarily just weight on a scale.
And I talk all about that in today's episode. Why your goals shouldn't be centred around just weight loss alone as well as how to lose body fat, build some muscle (i.e get "toned"), get more fit and feel better about yourself.
