by Gitaanjali
Last week was not eventful on the outside but my internal world was seeing lots of colours. Today I reflect a bit on what the past seven days were like for me.
Welcome to Episode 3! Today I wanted to share something that is a little personal but important to speak about. I talk about some of my adventures and misadventures as a result of my mixed heritage.
Welcome to Episode 2! Today I talk about my new interest, yoga, which has been so beneficial to me since I included the practise into my life this year. I talk about why I started and what are the changes I've been experiencing internally since I began. P.S. My throat was really itchy when I recorded this as I am still recovering from my cough so I might not sound as expressive today :P If you have any feedback, please reach out to me via DM or email to me at gitaanjaliwrites@gmail.com :)
Welcome to Episode 1!!! In this episode I will be sharing about a recent trip to Malaysia where I experienced more than I had bargained for. It was a trip of rejuvenation, healing and rest, a trip that I would remember for a very long time.
A warm introduction to what Fika with G is all about
