How Do I Set My Lineup In-season
2023 Injuries, Free Agents, Holdouts, and Suspensions
A look at drafting stacks
2023 Recap of QB, RB, WR, and TE
Season 1
This week, we take a look at three methods that you should employ when setting your lineup each week. This includes looking at the matchups, being aware of any trends with your players, and using past performance against the team that each of your players is playing against. If you do not use a service that takes all of this into account, you should be aware of how to do it on your own. We also discuss a new segment we will be including this season similar to Loser of the Week.
This week, we take a look at player injuries, free agents, holdouts, and suspensions that could impact your draft. Listen in as we discuss how several top players could impact how you draft, if and when you might draft them, and also the overall RB landscape in the NFL.
This week, Ozzie and Austin discuss stacks that might be used during the draft. We do some comparisons between stacks and non-stacks with QB/RB and QB/WR. We talk a little about the QB/TE stack, however, based on recent history, the only stack either would consider is Patrick Mahomes/Travis Kelce. Listen in to find out more about our perspectives on this.
In this episode, we talk a little about the Super Bowl from February, and go over the top 5 scorers from each of the Offensive Positions of QB, RB, WR, and TE. We look at how people performed and whether or not we think they can carry that into the 2023 season.
Our final podcast of the fantasy season is really not about football or how the season ended. It is a tribute to Damar Hamlin, who was injured in the MNF game between Buffalo and Cincinnati and had to have life-saving measures performed on the field and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Our thoughts and prayers go out to this young man, his parents, and his entire family, teammates, etc.
This week's 2nd episode includes a recap of one of the 2 teams from Thursday Night Football. This week we discuss Tennessee. We have our Love em, Flip em, or Leave em where we discuss WR's from three teams this week. We also discuss our Play of the Week at each of the main scoring positions, QB, RB, WR, and TE, for players that are outside the top 6 projected players to give you an idea of who we think could have a big game that you may not normally have considered.
This week we again look at injuries, studs, and duds from week 16 of the NFL season. We also look ahead at the Thursday Night Football game between the Cowboys and the Titans. Hopefully this information helps you make decisions about your lineup for the coming week. If you have questions about lineups, you can send those to ozzie@fantasywrap.com and we will help provide some assistance in your decision-making.
