S1 - Ep11 Give yourself permission to slow down and enjoy something nice today

Episode 11 of seaon one.

In this Encouraging Cup podcast Wayne takes up a simple message, from one of the stickers that randomly appear on the Coffee van cups he serves. It's this: "Give yourself permission to slow down and enjoy something nice today." There's a reference to the classic Australian movie 'The Castle' and an invitation to notice something we can enjoy, that we all have, that is very simple indeed.

The episode ends abruptly, so take it as an opportunity to try out the suggestions in this encouraging episode.

Cheers.
