In today’s episode Dysheka Bibbs, LCSW, LISW-CP, LCAS, CS, TF-CBT therapist had the honor to talk to Deniss a Licensed Therapist, Mexican immigrant, Mental Health Speaker and Advocate. Deniss is also an adjunct professor at Pacific Oaks College where she helps shape culturally competent and trauma informed therapists. Inside and outside of the therapy office, she covers mental health issues that take into account BIPOC cultural experiences: from family dynamics and generational trauma to boundary setting and work-life balance.
