On February 6, we had the privilege of hosting a special training session with Jessica Bealer, focused on equipping and empowering our volunteers to serve with clarity, passion, and excellence. Whether you were able to join us live or not, we want every member of our team to have access to these valuable conversations—so we’re excited to share the recordings with you.

ABOUT JESSICA...
Jessica has been leading ministry for 25 years. Six of those years were spent overseeing the standards, systems, staffing, and overall atmosphere of the family ministry at Elevation Church. During that time, she played a major role in launching twenty‑five locations and is widely recognized as a specialist in multisite ministry.
She currently oversees Ministry Engagement at Generis, an organization dedicated to helping churches see their mission accomplished. Jessica is also a mother of six, a published author, and the host of the Women’s Leadership Workshop podcast. She is married to Frank Bealer, the CEO of Generis.

Serving isn’t just a task on our list- it’s part of our calling and the story God is writing through each of us.
