Love is in the Air | Hope and Love

Short sweet and to the point for this episode content about, Love :) I share some insight from Brene Brown and her wisdom about love. You can and you will live a life of love if you know that it is a real emotion that can be shared with others.

Beyond Prevention | Taking Action

In this episode I share terms that you may come across when bringing a loved one in to be assessed for alcohol/drug abuse. It is important to intervene earlier rather than later. I also share the first steps to take in assisting a loved one to get help with their addiction. No shame, blame or judging but loving and caring :)

Prevention | Parents/Guardians and Communication

In today's episode I share some communication tips to help Parents/Guardian's with their teens. The teenage brain is not fully developed so we need to shift gears to be more patient and open for communication. This skill can definitely help stave off alcohol and drug abuse. Respecting our teens and listening with an open mind is a must in helping with prevention :)

This Shit Scares Me | Fentanyl

You can never have too much information when it comes to fentanyl. In the episode today I reflect on Fentanyl and what the DEA agent, at the conference that I was at last week, shared. We need to educate and inform everyone about this horrifying drug. We cannot let the cartels or China keep killing us.

CADCA and 4 Challenges of Humanity | Thoughts and Perspective

In this episode I share my perspective and feelings about the 4 challenges that are causing frustration for humanity. Partly because there is not enough assistance and help with these 4 challenges. We need to all be aware and work together to help create more resources and increased awareness of these. No shame, blame or judging. We should be attacking these with an open heart and mind. We can and we will work for a better world today!

CADCA | What?

Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America. In this episode I share about my experience here in Washington DC learning about many prevention and harm reduction methods for our communities, I am blessed to be a part of this conference! We can all be "change makers" in the communities we live in!
