In this episode I share the end of Mom's story and her last breath. The road was long, but we learned valuable lessons along the way. There are many takeaways from this and my previous episodes for people that may be going through this with a loved one or have early signs of dementia. Educate yourselves and get the resources you need. A strong support group is so important. Reach out to loved ones or social workers, counselors and therapists...they are all there to help you.
