Curiosity Leader - The very core of thinking we have forgotten. The first/primary role of a discipler!

Mentor - A mutual relationship of trust between a seasoned Christian and a novice Christian focused on growth.

Teacher - Doctrine. This role has a tendency to squeeze out the other roles in the modern day church.

Training - Yes training! Not just teaching and sending them on their way. The disciple demonstrates learning.

Modeling - A disciple needs to observe the discipler in action, under duress. The discipler demonstrates the walk.
