D.E.C. Episode 182: Interview with Brent Barnett from Gibraltar Hardware!

Brent started playing drums at age 14 and at age 20, he moved to LA to pursue his passion for playing. There he studied at the Musicians’ Institute in Hollywood for 2 years. Through connections he made at the school, Brent got a Job at Centerstaging backline company in Burbank, CA. as a drum tech. During his time at Centerstaging, he learned a lot about how the industry worked, about drums and hardware, and became familiar with the ins and outs of each brand. After 4 years at Centerstaging, Brent took the Artist Relations position for Gibraltar Hardware. This is where his passion for building drum setups really started to grow. His role in Artist Relations allowed him to use his creativity to build drum setups out of different types of hardware.
