These habits, routines and tips include walking, using a timer for cleaning, screen time and more, time blocking, prioritising 3-5 things to get done in the day and do the hardest things first, introducing small habits and being realistic, looking after future you, meal planning and prep for the week, rewarding and acknowledge yourself for your small wins and, acknowledging that habits and routines do not need to be an all or nothing thing.
