I talk about my experiences with the individualistic tendencies of western societies and the communal cultures of the some of the places I've visited like in the South Pacific, South America, Asia, etc.

Looking back at the unique challenges like working together as a group in school or work projects. Coming from an individualistic western society, simple tasks like working together on a project is quite challenging, because every can operate at different wave lengths.

As for communal societies, everything is shared and they all work together towards the common goals. Whether it is a construction project, answer for a test, and even how food is plated and distributed.
