James Smith (better known as adapt with James) was diagnosed around 5 years ago with MND. Motor Neurone Disease is a muscle eating condition in which your body's nerve cells progressively get damaged leading to your brain losing the signal path to the muscles and overall function. Having to face this diagnosis with three small children and a supporting wife. Would be unthinkable for the majority of people (us included).
