Rachel was born in Hong Kong and moved to Vancouver at the age of nine. From a young age, she developed a passion for art and makeup, which led her to pursue her studies at Blanche Macdonald. There, she received her first diploma in makeup artistry, fueling her love for this industry.

Over the years, Rachel delved deeper into her craft by specializing in cosmetic tattooing, acquiring a strong understanding of facial structures and skin tones. To expand her expertise, she furthered her education in Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP), becoming 7x certified in this field.
