Embodying the New Light:
Episode notes
In this soul-stirring episode, Ann-Peggy, Saleena Ki, and Colin come together for a heartfelt and high-frequency conversation about the energetic shifts sweeping through our collective field—particularly the powerful transmissions and awakenings that occurred around July 9th. Together, they explore the integration of divine feminine and masculine energies, and what it truly means to embody source energy in these times of great transformation.
With honesty, humor, and reverence, they share personal insights, visionary experiences, and the subtle but profound ways our bodies, hearts, and relationships are being recalibrated. From ceremonies under the full moon to unexpected dolphin interludes during meditation, this episode is rich with stories of awakening, ancestral healing, and the gentle nudges of Spirit guiding us home to wholeness.
You'll hear reflections on:
· How sound and shamanic journeying serve as portals to remembrance
· Why heart-centered living is the key to sustained energy and embodiment
· The sacred balance between intuition and structure, surrender and sovereignty
· The importance of listening to our physical bodies as vessels of divine intelligence
With themes of ascension, nourishment, and direct connection to Source, this conversation is a living transmission—a call to step out of the mind and into the heart, to live from our light, and to root that light deeply into the Earth.
Whether you're navigating spiritual upgrades, tending to ancestral healing, or simply seeking soul-aligned community, this episode offers nourishment for the path ahead.
