Season 2026
One Boat - Many Oars - One Shore
Last week, we remembered what it felt like to row together. This week, life invites us to ask a deeper question: What is keeping us from rowing together? Throughout this week I have witnessed something remarkable. More and more people are reaching their "enough." They are leaving workplaces that no longer honor who they are, speaking truths they have held inside for years, ending relationships that have become disconnected from love, and discovering that real belonging can never be built upon abandoning themselves. While recording this video, something unexpected happened. As I spoke about humanity learning to row together, the Hurtigruten ship behind me suddenly sounded its horn across the fjord. It became one of those moments that reminded me that sometimes life speaks most clearly through symbols, through emotion, and through the quiet moments that cannot be planned. I also reflect on the response to "We Belong", one of the songs I shared last week, which has now been viewed more than 60,000 times on Instagram. To me, those views are a reminder of something humanity longs for more than ever—the longing to belong without conditions, to remember our shared humanity, and to discover that before we are divided by opinions, cultures, professions or identities, we are already traveling in the same boat. If these reflections resonate with you, I warmly invite you to continue reading this week's Field-Reading, where I explore these themes in much greater depth. https://annpeggydivine.com/one-boat-many-oars-one-shore/ https://annpeggydivine.com/ask-divine/ https://annpeggydivine.com/how-to-qualify-for-a-free-13-minute-attunement-session/
We Rowed Ourselves Home | Field-Reading – Week 29
What if the greatest victory was never about winning? On the 13th of July, Norway welcomed home a football team that had not lifted the World Cup trophy. Yet something extraordinary happened. For a brief moment, an entire nation remembered that belonging is more powerful than achievement, that rowing together matters more than crossing the finish line first, and that humanity is at its strongest when we refuse to leave one another behind. In this week's Field-Reading, I reflect on why this moment touched so many of us, what it reveals about the times we are living through, and why I believe humanity is being invited to remember something far older than competition: our capacity to trust, to cooperate, and to row together. The reflection also explores the collapse of old systems, our Viking spiritual inheritance, and the possibility that Heaven on Earth begins not with perfect institutions, but with ordinary people choosing to belong to one another again. If this conversation resonates with you, I warmly invite you to continue reading this week's Field-Reading, where I explore these themes in much greater depth. 📖 Read the full Field-Reading here: https://annpeggydivine.com/we-rowed-ourselves-home/ This week is also accompanied by three original songs inspired by the same message: 🎵 We Rowed Ourselves Home 🎵 We Belonged 🎵 Remember How We Felt Together, they tell one story: A journey back to one another.
Mother Earth's Own Grief | Weltschmerz – Layer One | Field-Reading Week 28
Have you ever looked at the world and felt a sadness you couldn't explain? The distance between the world as it is... and the world as it could be. What if that feeling isn't depression, and instead it is something far older—and far more human? In this week's Field-Reading, I introduce the first layer of Weltschmerz, what I call Mother Earth's Own Grief—the philosophical ache that sensitive people have carried throughout history. It is the grief that arises when we see suffering, injustice, disconnection, and the loss of our humanity with a clarity that others may not experience in the same way. Throughout this week I have encountered Weltschmerz everywhere—in public service, mentoring, coaching, regression therapy, and in ordinary conversations. Again and again I meet people who believe something is wrong with them because they feel so deeply, when what they are actually carrying is a profound sensitivity to the human condition itself. Those who feel the gap between what is and what could be have often become the artists, philosophers, reformers, and visionaries who help humanity evolve. If this week's Field-Reading resonates with you, I invite you to continue exploring the deeper architecture of Weltschmerz. https://annpeggydivine.com/mother-earths-own-grief-weltschmerz/ 📖 Free eBook: https://annpeggydivine.com/ By entering your name and email, you can download the first seven chapters of my upcoming book: WELTSCHMERZ — The Hidden Weight We All Carry — And How It Takes Lives These chapters introduce the deeper framework behind Weltschmerz, the Hero's Journey, high sensitivity, and the hidden emotional weight that so many people carry without ever having the language to understand it. 👉 https://weltschmerz.se/ With warmth, Ann-Peggy Divine
Walking the Hero's Journey | Field-Reading Week 27
What if the greatest resistance we experience in life is not standing in our way, but pointing us toward the very transformation we are being invited to make? This week has been deeply connected to the Hero's Journey. It is a week that carries both celebration and remembrance in my own life. July 1 is my daughter's birthday. July 2 marks eleven years since my son Aleksander left this life. July 4 would have been his thirty-third birthday. Every year these dates invite me to reflect on endings, beginnings, loss, love, and the profound transitions that shape every human life. The Hero's Journey is often misunderstood. We imagine it as a path toward success, purpose, or fulfillment. Yet before anything new can be born, something old usually has to come to an end. Sometimes it is an identity. Sometimes a belief. Sometimes a relationship. Sometimes the way we have learned to protect ourselves. Throughout this week I have met people who are walking difficult paths, carrying enormous resistance while trying harder and harder to make life work. Many of us respond to challenge by doing more, pushing harder, or fighting our way forward, without stopping to ask the deeper question: What is life trying to show me? In this Field-Reading, I reflect on why the Hero's Journey is not about overcoming life, but about allowing life to transform us from within. I also share the story of our cat, who spent years living in survival mode, constantly moving between fear, fight, and flight. During two months with us in Lyngen, I watched her gradually become softer, calmer, and more trusting. Her transformation reminded me that healing rarely begins by forcing ourselves to become different. It begins when the nervous system finally discovers that it is safe enough to choose another way of being. Humans are not so different. Many of us have simply become experts at surviving. And the Hero's Journey is the invitation to begin living. This week's reflection also connects with two other resources that explore this journey from different perspectives: • The free webinar: When Life Begins to Speak to You • This week's Divine Design Podcast: The Journey That Almost Destroyed Me Together they explore one simple question: What if the greatest challenges of our lives are not punishments, but invitations into the life we were always meant to live? The Practice of Being Human | Field-Reading Week 26
What does it really mean to be spiritual? Is it something we experience during meditation, ceremonies, or moments of awakening? Or is spirituality ultimately revealed in the ordinary moments of everyday life—in how we meet another human being, respond to challenge, and carry ourselves through the world? This week I began working in a new environment where I meet people living with illness, emotional dysregulation, and deep human suffering. It has reminded me that our greatest spiritual practice is not escaping life, but learning how to remain present, compassionate, and grounded while fully participating in it. In this week's Field-Reading, I explore The Practice of Being Human through the lens of everyday life. I reflect on what it means to meet intensity without becoming consumed by it, how highly sensitive people often become living reflections of the environments around them, and why many of the people we describe as "symptoms" may actually be showing us something about the society we have collectively created. I also explore the Hero's Journey as a practical path of self-discovery, the energetic field that surrounds every human being, and why our personal presence extends far beyond the physical body. We constantly influence one another through our thoughts, emotions, and the quality of attention we bring into the world. Drawing inspiration from Tim Bergling (Avicii), I reflect on how his music revealed many of the invisible pressures that modern society places upon us, and how experiences such as Weltschmerz may arise because we are deeply connected to one another through the fields we continuously create together. For me, spirituality is not about becoming less human. It is about becoming more deeply human. It is about learning to see more of ourselves in one another, recognizing that every person we meet reflects another aspect of our shared humanity, and understanding that a larger perspective naturally gives rise to greater compassion. Perhaps one of the most important abilities we can cultivate in our time is the willingness to step into another person's perspective—not to agree with everything they think or do, but to understand how life appears through their eyes. Because every person we meet is, in some way, another expression of ourselves. Divine Letter Update — A Pause, A Reflection, and Field Reading Week 25
For the past months, I have been sharing Divine Letters to nations around the world. What began as a simple exploration evolved into something much larger than I had imagined. Each country revealed a unique frequency, a distinct role within the living architecture of Gaia, and a deeper understanding of the 13 Matrices that shape our collective human experience. As the project unfolded, one realization became increasingly clear: The most important part of the Divine Letters is not the individual countries. It is the understanding that every nation appears to carry and express a particular aspect of the human experience through one or more of the 13 Matrices. To understand that what appears in one part of the world often reflects something moving within the collective field of us all. For this reason, I have decided to place the Divine Letters on pause for a period of time. Because another form of service is calling my attention. Over the past months, many people have shared that the weekly Field Readings have been deeply supportive during a time when life seems to be accelerating, shifting, and asking more of us than ever before. Again and again, I hear that these reflections help people understand their experiences, navigate uncertainty, and trust what is unfolding in their own lives. For now, I feel guided to place more energy into these weekly Field Readings and less into the Divine Letters. The focus has shifted from understanding nations to understanding what is happening within us. And with that, we enter Week 25. Field Reading — Week 25. The theme emerging strongly this week is what I would call: Feminine Being. Not femininity as gender. Not feminine as an identity. But feminine as a state of being. Life appears to be inviting many people into a deeper relationship with presence itself. For some, this may feel uncomfortable. The mind often wants movement. It wants answers, plans, certainty, and visible progress. Many may notice increased sensitivity, stronger intuition, emotional releases, vivid dreams, or moments of unexpected stillness. Rather than signs that something is wrong, these may be signs that life is reorganizing itself from within. The invitation of Week 25 is not to rush ahead. It is to become available. To listen more deeply. To trust the intelligence that exists beneath the noise. To remember that not all growth is visible. This week asks a simple but profound question: Can you trust who you are becoming before you can see it? Thank you for following this journey. Whether through the Divine Letters, the Field Readings, the podcasts, the books, or the many conversations we have shared, I am grateful to walk this path with you. The journey continues. Just in a slightly different form.
