We inherit far more from our families than names and DNA. We carry stories, patterns, wounds, strengths and ways of relating that may have travelled through generations. But inheritance is not destiny.

In this week’s Field-Reading, I explore what happens when old family structures begin to break open, how we can become conscious of the patterns we carry, and why transformation in one person can affect an entire family system.
