Season 2

Monterey, Hotdogs, and where is comes from: Concrete (S2E2)

In this episode, Dish dives into a recent trip he went on, a controversial topic of hotdogs, and learns a little about concrete. The season is still starting out and there's so much to dive into, this episode stays light hearted. Check is out and I hope you learn something. Song of the day: In My Life - Remastered 2009 by the Beatles. Sponsors: Ethan Ignoffo, Stance (hopefully).

LISTEN TO THIS EPISODE FIRST!, Reintroductions, and Inspiration v Plagiarism (S2E1)

If you're new to the podcast then this episode is for you. Please start here because I reflect on the intentions of this podcast and set some expectations for the coming episodes. I so excited we're back in the swing of things and can't wait to see what the rest of season 2 brings. Song of the Day: I will Survive by Gloria Gaynor. Sponsors: Alexandra Dishno, Stance (hopefully), and Hello Fresh (because why not)

Season 1

Something Somewhat Serious, The Corn Man, and A Hot Smoothie (S1E20)

My heart is overwhelmed with joy to share this amazing episode recorded with the majority of this season's guests. I hope you feel as though you're in the room with us. And if you've listened to the rest of the guest-filled episodes, I hope you feel a little closer to all of us in a one-sided way. I will confirm I feel closer to my friends in a two sided way. Enjoy and come back for seconds in Season 2 (early 2023). Song of the Day: How Long Do I Have to Wait for You? by Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings

Lightsabers, (no) Gluten, and Maturity (S1E19)

In the final, pre-finale, episode we explore a variety of topics. We started deep with a light-heart topic. Then we made our way into a heavy topic address casually. Finally, we ended on a massive topic which was dealt with accordingly. It's been a Tripp getting to know these guests and I'm glad my guest, Justin Tripp, joined me for these topics. Song of the Day: Back Pocket by Vulfpeck

Film Review: Chef, Winter Soldier, and Black Adam (S1E18)

This episode is meant for those who want their lives to be changes. Not much, but none the less changed. You will NOT be the same after you listen to this because you will be set apart from those who haven't listen to this episode. As me and my guest dive into these movies and our thoughts on them, I feel like we unlocked something powerful. Listen to find out. Song of the Day: Skipping Stones by Gallant and Jhené Aiko

The, Animal, and Kingdom (S1E17)

Learn in this episode, as I did, about animals with someone who loves all kinds. Oddly enough, we talked about birds more than aquatic life. It was a lot of fun to record this EPI and I hope you enjoy listening. Song of the day: Kokomo by The Beach Boys

Reflection, Modernism, Silica Packets, and Dog Thoughts (S1E16)

This episode was split as I recorded the beginning portion when I was 25 years old and the second portion when I was 26 years old. It was a time for reflection and sharing about some things that have been on my mind. Thankful for everyone who has been in my life leading up to this epi, particularly those I mentioned in the recording, especially my wife <3 Song of the day: As It Was by Harry Styles

Birthdays, Life Expectancy, and Beef Fed Beef (Finally) (S1E15.30)

This extra special episode is brought to you in part by the fact that me and my guest, Mady Hammans, have the same birthday. With Mady being 5 years younger than me we started to expand on the undeniable truth that in 5 years she will look exactly like me and live my exact life as it is now. We cannot wait for this day to come. I hope you enjoy the Epi and shoutout to the real ones, we talked about beef fed beef finally, just for you. Song of the Day: Good Vibrations by Good vibration by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch and Loleatta Holloway. Sponsors: Shawn Trumbly and Bryce Turcaz.

Childhood Independence, Unlimited Stick, and Space Secrets (S1E15)

In this episode me and my esteemed guest, Alex Randall, simply read bot-written screen plays and they changed my life. I hope you have a good laugh. Song of the Day: Scatman by Scatman John

Vulnerability, Experiences, and Flwas (S1E14)

In this short, sweet, episode Dish goes over some deeper content in a birds eye view. Honestly, I had a lot on my mind and gave myself very little time to explore it. I imagine in the future these will come up again and I encourage anyone to bring any insight to the table as I explore these topics. Song of the day: Just Like Heaven by The Cure
