Children of Wisdom (87)

Jesus compared His message and methods to those of John the Baptist, and though they were very different, He made it clear they were both justified in their approach to ministry. The Son of God also explained those who follow the leading of"the Spirit of wisdom" as God's representatives in this world qualify to be called "the children of wisdom.” Since the Bible claims, “Wisdom is the principal thing," let’s drop our buckets down into this deep well and drink deeply!

Inheritors of God’s Mountains (86)

Did you know you have inherited eight major biblical mountains? Of course, this is not a literal, but a spiritual inheritance, shared with every other born-again child of God under the New Covenant. These mountains are “high points” in the history of humanity, times of divine intervention when God came down to earth and drew His people up to various “peak” revelations of His purposes and redemptive plans. Now seize your inheritance!

Do You Know Your Calling? A Powerful Revelation! (85)

Every believer has a calling! This status is not just reserved for some “elite group” in the body of Christ. The moment you were saved, you became one of God’s called ones. He planted the seed of a purpose in your heart. It is up to you to water that seed (that calling) and make it grow into full fruitfulness. And one other thing—don’t be a carbon copy! Be an original! Find and follow God’s divine design for your life—BOLDLY!!!

God’s People Are Called “CONVERTS” (A Miraculous Metamorphosis ) (83)

The name “converts” only appears one time in the Bible for God’s people (Isaiah 1:27). However, the revelation attached to that name is deep, awe inspiring and powerful. True believers are in the process of being “converted” from fallen human beings into fully liberated, resurrected, glorified sons of God. This is truly a miraculous metamorphosis. www.shreveministries.org

Overcomers (Ep. 80)

True followers of Jesus are described as “overcomers” in the book of Revelation (ABPE). Though we face so many areas of conflict and challenge in this world, God has given us more than enough grace and wisdom to rise above them all. Most amazingly, He accomplished this before the world even existed. www.shreveministries.org

Children of the Prophets (Ep 79)

In Acts 3:25 God’s people are called “children of the prophets and of the covenant.” Those two primary influences brought to birth the nation of Israel in the Old Covenant period and the Church in the New Covenant era. Jesus is called a Prophet and He lives within all born-again believers. So, a prophetic nature and calling is part of our spiritual DNA. No wonder Paul said, “You may all prophesy.” www.shreveministries.org

How Can a Pine Cone Teach You to Be a Saint? (Ep 78)

Are you a saint? The majority of professing Christians would stall before answering that question—because most would assume only those who achieve a high degree of spirituality could ever be described that way. But God refers to all His people as saints. To qualify, believers must be sanctified—and a pine cone bears a real message about that.
