The Refrigerator is Gone!

The mortgage was cleared. The movers were scheduled. Closing was only hours away.

Then the buyers did their final walkthrough.

Different refrigerator. Missing chandelier. Wall damage. And water on the basement floor. 😳

A final walkthrough isn’t just one last look at your new house. It’s your opportunity to make sure the property you’re about to own is still in the condition you agreed to buy it in.

Never skip it.
