Are you actually ready to buy a house?

Or are you just tired of renting?

Because those are two very different things.

A lot of people call me and say,

“Joe, I’m ready. I need to buy.”

But when we really break it down…

what they mean is:

“My rent just went up.”

“My landlord is annoying.”

“I’m sick of throwing money away.”

“My friends are buying.”

That’s frustration.

Frustration can push you forward.

But it shouldn’t be the reason you make the biggest financial decision of your life.
