Hey Coffee Beanery fam! ☕ Today it's the B-Team running the show—Logan and Will stepping in while the girls are out sick (get well soon, ladies!). We're keeping the energy high and diving into something super cool: freeze-dried coffee "ice cubes" (aka instant cold brew pucks) from Cometier, curated by coffee YouTuber James Hoffmann.

We popped in two varieties:

• Geisha – Super floral and fruity (pear, jasmine, papaya notes), one of the world's priciest coffees. Smelled insane right out of the puck!
• Dark Roast Brazil – Rich, bold, and roasty. Strong aroma, but we both leaned toward this one for that classic dark roast kick.
