Brittany dives into the topic of discipline and habits, reflecting on how small, intentional routines can create big changes over time — even when motivation fades.

In Current Events, Brittany brings the energy with some college football talk, while Brian drops a surprising fact that catches her off guard — that narwhals actually exist (yes, they’re real!). We wrap up by introducing one of our favorite family traditions, Rose, Bud, Thorn — a simple but meaningful ritual where we each share something good, something we’re looking forward to, and something that’s been a challenge.
