Our RTP progression with athletes in concussion was:
**Need to be 24 hour symptom free to start**
Stage 0 - ride a bike as easy as they want for 20 min with no symptoms
Stage 1 - aerobic bike for 20 min and have no symptoms
Stage 2 - anaerobic activity for 20 min and have no symptoms
Stage 3 - non contact practice with no symptoms
Stage 4 - contact practice with no symptoms
Doing neck strengthening in addition to the things talked about in the video, plus this stage progression, helped our athletes stay healthy.
