I told a story of a young boy who bit his mother's ear- the world saw a violent act- but underneath it was a deeper truth: years of poor communication, no correction and a parent who never taught him right from wrong.

Along side this story, I also share practical steps on what to do if your child ever finds themselves in a similar situation, as mine - growing up and why constant communication isn't just important- it is life -saving
