Gary Dalton has been a fixture in the Southern California for decades. With this episode he becomes a member of the Chords, Vines & Dines team. Chris Johnston is the owner and winemaker of Middle Ridge Winery. Years ago I named him the "Mad Scientest of Idyllwild".
