Surrendering to the unknown has been by far the scariest thing I’ve done in my life lol. I used to be someone that needed control and logic, now I operate purely from intuition and faith 🤍 The transition is a day by day process but it has given me back presence and sovereignty 🥹 To actually LIVE life and not just survive it 🥳

Stop Shrinking Yourself .. SHINE 🫶🏽

It’s so easy to shrink yourself in a world that demands perfection. But being your authentic self and expressing it is the best thing you can do for the soul! No matter what way it is in. Imagine if Dr. Martin Luther King Jr didn’t share his dream because he was scared of how he would be perceived ? The world is going to talk anyway, BE YOU! And share what you soul wants to share 🤍

Divine Preparation: The blessing before the blessing 🤍

Late night Divine Preparation talk 😅🙏🏽 Many times we pray for things and want them on our time … but are we always the version of ourselves that is able to sustain the blessing ? As humans we sometimes ask for things that the current or old versions of ourselves would’ve self sabotaged, lost, or doubted ourselves out of. The Divine preparation God takes us through before the blessing is not punishment or delay, it is building the foundation and version of you that can not only receive it .. but hold, nourish, and appreciate it 🥰🤍

Embracing vulnerability: Safety in being seen & held 🤍

Vulnerability and leaning on others can be a foreign thing when you’ve built an identity around Hyper-Independence. You can get used to carrying the weight of the world so gracefully that even you don’t feel like it’s heavy. Are you always the strong one ? The giver ? The safe place for others ? I can’t relate .. it’s time to get comfortable with receiving, being open, being seen, being felt 🫶🏽

Old vs New: The Internal Battle 🤍

These last few weeks may have brought up some old patterns, energies, exhaustion, motivation with no clear direction, and emotions. Eclipses tend to bring endings before beginnings and we are in between two. Be kind to yourself, hold space for all that you are unconditionally, and stay open to the unknown 🤗🤍

Opening the heart from Self-worth & wholeness

Love is the whole point of life. We often times subconsciously close ourselves off to it out of fear. But when you build walls, you’re not just keeping out possible grief .. but joy & happiness as well. You can love and be open, while still being safe. You can love freely from a place of wholeness and not lack. It all starts with you, putting yourself out there & trusting yourself. Open your heart, set boundaries, allow yourself to feel 🤍

Boundaries are sacred, not selfish 🫶🏽

Boundaries teach people how to treat you. For a long time I wondered why me having such a big, giving, heart would get me stepped on .. it was because I was putting others first. Not prioritizing self and pouring from a full cup. You are worthy simply in your being, not just for your doing. And do not let the expectations of the world or others strip you from your own sense of self and self love 🤍

Treating emotions as visitors w/o judgement 🤍

As adults carrying a lot in life, we can sometimes suppress our emotions or even judge ourselves for feeling deeply. It’s okay to be human and hold space for all that you are. Lack of emotional regulation leads to emotional unavailability, emotional overwhelm, and even being emotionally stunted. Also, a lot of drug and alcohol abuse stems from seeking solace outside of self when in reality, WE hold the key to our own peace 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Intuition/heart vs. The mind/ego 🤍

The intuition is your heart, your inner God 🤍 While the mind is connected to your humanness, the ego, the flesh. Both are sacred, but it’s crucial to know the difference between the two so that you can tell if you’re living life more from love & sovereignty ? or from fear and survival ? 💯 God has led me down a path of experience between the two and I wish to share it with the world 🤗✨

Perfectionism & its link to Self-Worth

This past full moon illuminated a deep, subconscious childhood trauma around Self-worth. Ever felt like you had to deal with life alone so you wouldn’t be a burden to others ? Or like you have to suffer or overachieve in order to feel worthy of good things & love ? Or like you have to prove yourself to life & earn things that are actually your birthright ? Constantly raising the bar ?? Give yourself love and grace, it is all linked to deep trauma a lot of people don’t even realize they carry. 🫶🏽
