Mia had an inspirational reason to work hard and she speaks about being a Superhero to Noah. Shepard takes us through her rollercoaster ride of a high school wrestling career and how it got her to this point. Mia thoroughly talks about winning Reno Worlds using that justification to her being down because she had her senior regionals and state stripped. Mia discusses fan-girling over the explosion of women's wrestling. Mia just completed her first year in the NCWA competing for U.N.L.V by becoming a Natty Champ at 117 lbs.

Episode 11- Ricky Silva

Ricky opens up about his baseball journey. Ricky discusses the MLB and talks on topics regarding the Yankees. Ricky also gets to distinguish the differences of Las Vegas Living compared to Illinois Living (where he played in college). Ricky used baseball to get a step ahead in life. We learn that Ricky is the symbol of heart because of his work ethic and dedication to believing he could accomplish his dream.

Episode 10- Isabella 'Izzi" Dominguez

Frank and Daniel build the first ever Caution Stalling podcast's All Star dream team using NCAA fan favorites. At the end, Frank dives into the deep end about California wrestling. Say When!!!

Episode 5- Koran 'Coach Rob' Robinson

Koran is the Head youth Coach at Legends of Gold, Las Vegas. Koran discusses some of his athletes and presents us with some laughable dialogue regarding the youth team. He also dives in on healthy balances for his wrestlers and parents; In addition, Koran talks about his balance with the team and his own son, Easton. Koran builds his best L.O.G. wrestler and hands out some superlatives to his youth team.

Episode 4- Daniel Osorio

Daniel switches seats and becomes the one being interviewed. Daniel introduces Coach O to the world. We learn about his journey on becoming a coach and the seriousness that is dedicated to his coaching career. He explains how baseball and wrestling have brought him to this point of his life.

Episode 3: Kaylynn Heglmeier

Kaylynn takes us down her pioneer path of being Eldorado's first sanctioned girl in school's history. She talks about the challenges she faced while trying to build a place that girls could find solitude. Kaylynn describes how she conquered the obstacles necessary by embracing being a superhero.
