#3 - God IS Love
Episode notes
In this episode John answers some of the top questions that arose from the lecture on the Mystery of the Trinity.
You probably don’t need another reminder that your phone is distracting you. You already know.
The harder question is: what are you doing about it?
CathoLock is a Catholic prayer app built to help you put prayer before scrolling. You choose the apps that distract you, set a prayer schedule, and when prayer time comes, CathoLock blocks those apps until you’ve taken time to pray.
No complicated system. No guilt trip. Just a simple way to protect time for God from the constant pull of your phone.
Whether it’s five minutes with Scripture, a daily Rosary, the Liturgy of the Hours, or simply quiet prayer, CathoLock helps you build the habit of stopping, putting the phone down, and turning your attention back to Christ.
Your attention matters. Your prayer life matters more.
