In today's episode I was lucky enough to chat to the incredible Teigan Woollard, a vital member of the Cold Nips Australian Tour crew, about the 100 dips in 100 days movement, as well as all things creating a life full of impact, purpose and what led to creating COLD NIPS AUSTRALIAN TOUR.

Cold Nips aka ~ Ryan and Jian, the two co-founders of this cold water loving community discovered through their own experience that beginning the day with a sunrise dip, surrounded by good people and followed by chats over a coffee, all before a work day began, held something special in its recipe. Hence why they are now on a mission to spread it AUS WIDE.
