Episode notes
Can God use your greatest passion to prepare you for your greatest purpose?
In this inspiring episode of Casual Convo – Midweek Flow, Robin Bright, The Convo Cultivator, sits down with Joshua Dunson—Stellar Award-winning producer, executive pastor, entrepreneur, media company owner, husband, father, and creative visionary.
Growing up as a PK (preacher's kid), Joshua never imagined that an internship would uncover his passion for music production, media, and photography. As opportunities continued to unfold, he built an award-winning career in the music industry while developing a successful media business.
Yet behind every accomplishment, God was weaving together gifts, experiences, and opportunities that would ultimately lead Joshua back to the calling he had been trying to avoid.
Joshua's story is a powerful reminder that purpose isn't always discovered in a single moment. Sometimes, God uses our passions, careers, and life experiences to prepare us for the assignment He has always had in mind.
In this episode, you'll discover:
- How one opportunity uncovered a lifelong passion
- Turning creative gifts into a thriving business
- Why purpose is often revealed through the skills you're developing today
- How God can use your passion to prepare you for your calling
- Why your greatest success may actually be preparing you for your greatest assignment
Whether you're questioning your next step, pursuing a creative career, or searching for God's purpose for your life, this conversation will encourage you to trust that every season is preparing you for something greater.
Because every convo always keeps YOU in the KNOW.
