I uploaded early this week as we are leaving for Nipissing tonight for a fishing weekend. We are live on location this week!! We are recording from Steve and Lori-Anne’s garage as they help me render my bear fat down! It was a very long process so I thought it’d be fun to sit down and record an episode with a whole bunch of random thoughts and a surprise guest! We talk about everything from how to render the bear fat and what to do with the bear fat. Then we move on to bears in the area and delicious dishes to make with bear, along with a ton of laughs. If you want a good chuckle this episode is definitely a must listen!
