Mary is gone and the Camdens have to deal with the aftermath in Glen Oak. Church members speculate about the cause for Mary's departure as well as marital discontent amongst the CamRents. Ruthie spreads lies about the family to her private school principal after taking some misguided advice from Lucy's non-boyfriend Mike Pierce. Lucy takes a step backwards when she lets her classmates perception of her relationship with Mike make her cancel their plans.
