This episode spotlights a brand new program now offered at our middle and high school – Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICap). This is a program designed to guide students as they explore careers, research post-secondary opportunities, and develop their personal goals. We’re joined by Principal Jack Hatert, School Counselor Julie Gunn, parent Christy Vincent, and two of our freshmen, Brooklyn Hapgood and Edwin Harrah. Together, they’ll share insights into ICAP’s impact, from helping students find their passion to setting a path for future success.
