Note 1: There can be other causes besides C difficile for pseudomembranous colitis, however the bug is by far and away the most prevalent etiology.

Note 2: Nitro group is in fact an appropriate term meaning it has a grouping of Nitrogen and Oxygen. Fail on my (Brian's) Fault.
