Episode 11 Bryan Ayers and Labyrinth Closing

On this episode we are talking with Bryan Ayers of Elicit Brewing Co. in Manchester, CT about his journey to become the Head Brewer of Elicit.

We also have Adam Delaura and Sean Guerra of Labyrinth Brewing Co. telling their story of why their brewery had to close.

We also have another HOPS 101 featuring KRUSH hops and a humorous commercial for a new beer called Brewmaster's Delight. (Totally fake of course.)
