In Luke Ch.2 a king is introduced who is mentioned nowhere else in the Bible. History tells us he was extremely wealthy, powerful, and received many titles even titles of deity. Though he was seen as a deified savior, like all men he died and left his riches behind. Luke tells us who the true Savior of the world is. The one whom we’re told in Scripture has unfathomable riches. The one who reigns forever and whose Kingdom has no end. Though He was born in a manger, He’s ruling and reigning and is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Jesus is greater.
