This week's episode I talk about Simone Manuel and Howard University's Mens Swimming and Diving Team. Congratulations to everyone involved in making them the NEC Champions! I didn't mention them in the pod but congratulations to their womens swimming and diving team as well. I know there were records set over the course of their five days at the championship.
